Reddi-wip® Fat-Free Dairy Whipped Topping
Additional ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13" x 9" baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine cake mix, pumpkin, Egg Beaters®, water, sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened. Beat on high speed 2 minutes. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into 12 squares.
Top with the whipped topping and sprinkle with additional cinnamon just before serving, if desired.
