"Guac" That Rocks

'Guac' That Rocks 

Ingredients

3ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed 
1can (10 oz each)  Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained 
1medium  onion, chopped (1 med onion = about 3/4 cup) 
1tsp.  lemon juice 
1/2tsp.  salt 
Ground black pepper to taste 
Tortilla chips, optional 

Directions

Mix avocados, tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
