Mini Popcorn Balls with Chocolate "Fondue"

Mini Popcorn Balls with Chocolate "Fondue"

Ingredients

1/4cup  Fleischmann's® Original Margarine-stick (1/4 cup = 1/2 stick)
1pkg. (10 oz each)  marshmallows
1/2tsp.  vanilla extract
1bag (2.9 oz each)  Orville Redenbacher’s® Smart Pop!® Butter Microwave Popcorn, popped
3servings (1/3 sec spray)  PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 1/2cups  lite chocolate sauce
1serving  colored candy sprinkles, optional

Directions

Melt Fleischmann's in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows and vanilla. Cook 5 minutes, or until marshmallows have melted, stirring frequently. Pour over popcorn in large bowl; mix well with spoon sprayed with cooking spray. Spray your hands with cooking spray before shaping popcorn mixture into 24 small balls, about 1/3-cup popcorn mixture each.
Heat chocolate sauce in small saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes, or until hot, stirring occasionally. Transfer to small fondue-style pot.
Use wooden skewers or fondue forks to pick up popcorn balls and dip into chocolate and sprinkles, if desired.
