Asian Beef Salad 

Ingredients

6cups  baby spinach leaves (about 6 oz.) 
1cup  thinly sliced cucumber 
2medium  carrots, julienned (1/8- x 1/8- x 3-inch strips) 
1cup  bean sprouts 
1-lb.  boneless flank or skirt steak, grilled and thinly sliced 
1/4cup  chopped cashews 
1/2cup  Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing  

Directions

On serving platter arrange spinach, then top with cucumber, carrots, sprouts, and steak. Just before serving, sprinkle with cashews, then drizzle with Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
