Roasted Pears With Vanilla Caramel Sauce 

Ingredients

4pears, peeled, halved and cored 
1tbsp.  lemon juice 
1/2cup  sugar 
2tbsp.  Promise® Buttery Spread, melted  
1/4cup  water 
1/2tsp.  vanilla extract 
2cups  low fat frozen vanilla yogurt 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
In large roasting pan arrange pears, cut-side down. Sprinkle with lemon juice, then sugar; drizzle with melted Promise® Buttery Spread. Roast 30 minutes or until tender. Remove pears from pan; set aside and keep warm.
Place roasting pan over heat and with wire whisk, blend in water and vanilla. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly and turns caramel color. Serve sauce over warm pears with frozen yogurt.
