Raspberry Jam Thumbprints 

Ingredients

3/4cup  Promise® Buttery Spread  
1-1/4cups  sugar 
2egg yolks 
2tbsp.  milk 
1tsp.  vanilla extract 
2-3/4cups  all-purpose flour 
1/2tsp.  salt 
1/3cup  seedless raspberry jam 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°. In large bowl with electric mixer beat Promise® Buttery Spread with sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg yolks, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in flour and salt until blended; shape into 1-1/2-inch balls.
On ungreased baking sheet arrange balls 1/2 inch apart. Press thumb into center of each cookie to make a depression. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly golden. On wire rack let stand 2 minutes; remove from sheet and cool completely.
Spoon 1/4 slightly rounded teaspoonful jam into center of each cookie.
