Black Bean & Corn Salsa

POV: UNI Baked Vidalia Onion Dip 

Ingredients

1/4cup  Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise  
2tbsp.  lime juice 
1/2tsp.  ground cumin 
1can  (19 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained 
1can  (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 
1cup  quartered grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes 
1/2cup  chopped red onion 
2tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro 
1tsp.  chopped jalapeno pepper (optional) 

Directions

In medium bowl blend Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, lime juice, and cumin. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing or Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise.
