Black Tie Sundaes

 

Ingredients

1/3cup  firmly packed light brown sugar 
1/4cup  light corn syrup 
1/4cup  heavy or whipping cream 
3tbsp.  I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread  
1/3cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips 
1/2tsp.  instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water (optional) 
1cup  Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream  
1cup  Breyers® All Natural Chocolate Ice Cream  
Sweetened whipped cream (optional) 
Cookies (optional) 

Directions

In 2-quart saucepan bring brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and Spread to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook, without stirring, 6 minutes; remove from heat. With wire whisk, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in coffee mixture; cool slightly.
To serve in bottom of four wide-mouthed Champagne or martini glasses spoon 2 tablespoons sauce . Evenly top with scoops of Breyers® All Natural Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream. Drizzle with additional sauce, then garnish with whipped cream and cookies.
TIP: Sauce can be doubled and stored, covered, in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave.
