Grilled Fruit Sundaes

 

Ingredients

1cup  orange juice 
1/4cup  honey 
1tbsp.  lemon juice 
3cups  cut-up fruit (pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, peaches, banana, and/or apple) 
12small  scoops Breyers® All Natural Vanilla or Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream (about 2 cups) 

Directions

In 1-quart saucepan bring orange juice, honey, and lemon juice to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until slighty thickened. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
On skewers alternately thread fruit. Grill kebabs, turning once and brushing with 1/2 of the orange syrup, 4 minutes or until softened.
In four dessert dishes arrange Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream. Evenly top with fruit, then drizzle with remaining orange syrup.
