Franks with Sauerkraut Relish 

Ingredients

PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray  
1/4Cup  chopped green bell pepper 
1/4Cup  chopped onion 
2Cups  Hebrew National Sauerkraut (from 32 oz. package), drained 
2Tbsp.  firmly packed brown sugar 
1Tbsp.  cider vinegar 
1/4Tsp.  celery seed 
1Pkg. (16 oz. each) Hebrew National Quarter Pound Beef Franks, heated 

Directions

Spray medium skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. 
Add pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in sauerkraut, brown sugar, vinegar, and celery seed. Heat through. 
Serve franks with the sauerkraut relish.
