Warm Crab and Swiss Cheese Dip

Ingredients

1/2cup  chopped red bell pepper 
1/4cup  chopped green onions 
1tbsp.  butter or margarine, melted 
1/216-oz.  pkg. imitation crab*, chopped 
1/3cup  condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted 
1cup  shredded Swiss cheese 
1/2tsp.  crushed red pepper flakes 
Pita bread, toasted and cut into triangles 
Chopped fresh parsley (optional) 

Directions

Cook bell pepper and green onions in butter in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until tender.
Stir in imitation crab, soup, cheese and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve on toasted pita bread, garnished with fresh parsley, if desired.
*Note: Persons with a shellfish allergy may be allergic to imitation crab meat.
