Process dressing and peppers in blender or food processor until smooth. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut focaccia in half horizontally using a serrated knife; place, cut sides up, on baking sheet. Drizzle bread evenly with 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle chicken over bottom half of bread. Top with lettuce and tomatoes; cover with bread top. Cut into 4 wedges and serve immediately with remaining dressing mixture, if desired.
