Turkey-Havarti Party Sandwich

Ingredients

1/3cup  Dijon-style mustard 
2tbsp.  low-fat mayonnaise 
1/8tsp.  ground red pepper 
116-oz.  French bread loaf, split horizontally 
1 1/4lb.  thinly sliced turkey 
2cups  fresh spinach leaves 
2oz.  Havarti cheese, thinly sliced 
6sweet pickle slices 
2small tomatoes, thinly sliced 

Directions

Stir together mustard, mayonnaise, and red pepper in a small bowl; spread over bottom half of bread. Layer with turkey, spinach, cheese, pickles, and tomatoes. Cover with bread top and cut into 8 pieces
