Turkey, Avocado and Muenster Melt

Ingredients

1/2firm ripe avocado 
2tbsp.  butter, softened 
4slices pumpernickel bread 
1tbsp.  Dijon mustard 
1/4lb.  sliced deli Muenster cheese 
1/3lb.  sliced deli smoked turkey 

Directions

Peel, pit and thinly slice avocado. Spread butter on 1 side of each bread slice. Spread mustard on other side of 2 bread slices.
On top of mustard arrange avocado, cheese and turkey. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Heat heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until toasted and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes per side.
