Turkey Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

1lb.  deli turkey pastrami (sliced 1/2 inch thick), cut into 2 1/2-inch strips 
4cups  cored, coarsely chopped Granny Smith apples 
2cups  seedless green grapes 
1 1/2cups  coarsely chopped walnuts 
1cup  sliced green onions 
3/4cup  bottled creamy ranch dressing 
4cups  packaged mixed spring greens 
Sesame bread sticks (optional) 

Directions

Stir together turkey pastrami, apples, grapes, walnuts and green onions in large bowl. Drizzle ranch dressing over all and toss to blend.
Arrange greens on large serving platter. Top with apple mixture.
Serve with sesame bread sticks, if desired.
