Turkey Breast Croissant Sandwiches

Ingredients

4croissants 
1/2cup  hummus 
8slices sliced turkey breast 
12thin cucumber slices (1/2 of medium cucumber) 
1/4cup  sliced, pitted ripe olives 
4slices deli Swiss cheese 
8slices cooked bacon (optional) 
Lettuce and tomato (optional) 

Directions

Preheat broiler. Split croissants; spread hummus evenly on bottom half of each croissant. Layer with turkey, cucumber, olives and cheese. Add bacon, if desired.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 4 to 5 minutes or until warm and cheese has melted. Remove and top with top half of croissants. Add lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
