Triple Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

1/2cup  part-skim ricotta cheese 
1/4cup  grated Parmesan cheese 
1egg white 
2tbsp.  freshly chopped parsley 
17-inch  pizza crust 
2Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced 
1clove garlic, minced 
2tbsp.  chopped fresh basil 
1/4cup  shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg white and parsley in medium bowl. Spread mixture over pizza crust. Top with tomatoes, garlic, basil and mozzarella cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
