Tomato and Basil Panini Sandwiches

Ingredients

8slices (about 1/2-inch thick) fresh mozzarella ball, divided 
8slices crusty Italian bread, divided 
1/8tsp.  salt 
1/8tsp.  pepper 
81/4-inch  slices tomato, divided 
1cup  fresh basil leaves, divided 
1/3cup  olive oil 

Directions

Place 2 mozzarella slices over each of 4 bread slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 2 slices tomato and 1/4 cup basil to each. Top each with second bread slice and brush both sides of bread with oil.
Grill sandwiches over medium-low heat 4 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
