Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Thinly slice tomatoes; place on paper towels to drain some of the moisture. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; brush with olive oil.
Arrange tomatoes in circular pattern on pizza crust, leaving half-inch border. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. If using fresh basil, garnish with remaining basil. Cool slightly; cut into wedges.
