Sunnyside Salad

Ingredients

18-oz.  pkg. mixed salad greens 
1cup  matchstick-sized sliced carrots 
1cup  cherry tomatoes, halved or grape tomatoes 
18-oz.  avocado, cubed 
1/3cup  salted toasted sunflower seeds 
1/28-oz.  pkg. pre-sliced apples (optional) 
Grilled steak, shrimp or chicken (optional) 
1cup  bottled vinaigrette, poppy seed or chunky blue cheese salad dressing 

Directions

Place salad greens in large bowl. Sprinkle with carrots, tomatoes, avocado, sunflower seeds and apples; add meat, if desired.
Serve tossed with desired dressing.
