Spicy Papaya Seafood Salad

Ingredients

1/3cup  white wine vinegar 
2tsp.  olive oil 
1/2cup  chopped fresh cilantro 
2cloves garlic, minced 
1tsp.  finely chopped jalapeño pepper** 
1tsp.  dried cumin 
1cup  cooked and peeled large shrimp 
1papaya, seeded and sliced in half 

Directions

In medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño pepper and cumin. Add shrimp; toss, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Spoon shrimp mixture evenly into papaya halves and serve immediately.
**Use caution when handling hot peppers. Wear disposable gloves or wash hands thoroughly in hot, soapy water.
