Spicy Catfish Tacos

Spicy Catfish Tacos

Ingredients

1lb.  catfish fillets 
2tsp.  chili powder 
1lime 
1/4cup  reduced-fat mayonnaise 
1cup  shredded lettuce 
1medium tomato, seeded and chopped 
1/4cup  pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped 
410-inch  fat-free flour tortillas, warmed 

Directions

Preheat broiler. Coat catfish with chili powder; season to taste with salt and pepper. Place catfish fillets on greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until fish flakes with a fork. Break catfish into 2-inch pieces.
Meanwhile, grate 1 teaspoon peel from lime. Squeeze lime to make 1 tablespoon juice. Combine mayonnaise, lime peel and juice.
Fill warm tortillas with catfish, lime-mayonnaise, shredded lettuce, tomato and olives.
