Southwestern-Rubbed Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

1tbsp.  olive oil 
44-oz.  salmon steaks 
1 1/2tsp.  chili powder 
1tsp.  brown sugar 
1/2tsp.  cumin 
1/8tsp.  salt 

Directions

Drizzle oil over salmon. Stir together chili powder, brown sugar, cumin and salt and rub into salmon.
Place fish on grill rack coated with nonstick cooking spray; grill 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.
