Southwestern Picante-Sausage Dip

Ingredients

1lb.  hot Italian sausage, casings removed 
1lb.  ground beef 
1/4cup  chopped onion 
1/4cup  chopped green bell pepper 
2lb.  prepared cheese product, cut into cubes 
1(10 3/4-oz.)  can cream of mushroom soup 
1(16-oz.)  jar picante sauce 
1/4tsp.  ground cumin 
Corn or tortilla chips 

Directions

In 4-quart Dutch oven cook sausage, beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until sausage is brown and crumbled. Drain fat. Add cheese, soup, picante sauce and cumin; cook and stir until cheese melts.
Transfer to chafing dish or slow cooker; serve warm with chips.
