Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 3-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Trim fat from chops; place in prepared baking dish. In small bowl combine undrained tomatoes, brown sugar, cumin, oregano, chili powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and stew seasoning. Pour half of the tomato mixture over chops; set remaining tomato mixture aside.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Pour remaining tomato mixture over chops; bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes more or until sauce thickens and chops are tender and no longer pink (170°F).
