Simple Sicilian Salad

Ingredients

1head radicchio 
2heads Boston lettuce 
4Roma tomatoes 
2oz.  mozzarella cheese, cut in small chunks 
1/4cup  sunflower seeds, toasted 
3/4cup  Italian low-calorie salad dressing 

Directions

Remove cores from radicchio and Boston lettuce. Separate leaves and rinse gently. Pat dry with paper towels. Arrange the leaves on 4 salad plates alternating radicchio and lettuce leaves
Cut each tomato into 6 wedges. Arrange tomatoes on salads
Sprinkle with cheese and sunflower seeds.
Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
