Scallop Skewers with Honey Glaze

Ingredients

2lb.  sea scallops 
1/4tsp.  salt 
1/4tsp.  pepper 
2tbsp.  olive oil 
2tbsp.  margarine 
2tbsp.  honey 
2tbsp.  lemon juice 
1shallot, chopped 
1garlic clove, minced 

Directions

Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil. Thread onto 6 skewers.*
Grill, covered with grill lid, on lightly greased grill rack over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until opaque in center.
Combine margarine, honey, lemon juice, shallot and garlic in small saucepan over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with scallops.
*If using wooden skewers, soak at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
