Sautéed Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients

1lb.  peeled and deveined fresh or frozen shrimp, thawed 
1/2cup  butter 
1/4cup  chicken broth or white wine 
1clove garlic, minced 
1/2tsp.  crushed red pepper 
1tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley 
2cups  cooked white rice 
Chopped fresh parsley (optional) 

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. In 13x9x2-inch baking pan, arrange shrimp in single layer.
In small saucepan melt butter. Sauté garlic 1 minute; add broth, red pepper and parsley. Drizzle butter mixture over shrimp.
Bake about 10 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque.
Serve shrimp with rice. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
