lb.
hot Italian-style turkey sausage, removed from casings
2
tsp.
olive oil
2
cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2
cup
reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2
(10-oz.) bag fresh spinach
4
tbsp.
grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, coat large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add sausage; cook, breaking up clumps and stirring, until browned, about 7 minutes. Add olive oil and garlic; cook about 30 seconds. Stir in chicken broth. Add spinach; cover and cook until spinach is wilted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir to combine. Add Parmesan cheese.
Drain pasta, reserving 1⁄2 cup pasta water if a soupier dish is desired. Place pasta in large serving bowl; add reserved pasta water, if desired. Add spinach mixture; toss to combine.
