Ingredients

2cups  chopped fresh or canned pineapple 
2yellow or red bell peppers, seeded and chopped 
3kiwifruit, peeled and chopped 
1small red onion, finely chopped 
1cup  chopped peeled mango 
1/4cup  finely chopped fresh cilantro 
2tsp.  chopped seeded jalapeño pepper** 
Juice of 1 lime 

Directions

Combine pineapple, bell peppers, kiwi, onion, mango, cilantro, jalapeño and lime juice. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with fish or chicken.
*chill time extra
**Use caution when handling hot peppers. Wear disposable gloves or wash hands thoroughly in hot, soapy water.
