Roast Beef and Spinach Pinwheels

Ingredients

4oz.  lowfat cream cheese, softened 
1tbsp.  prepared horseradish 
48-oz.  whole-wheat or flour tortillas 
1 1/2cups  baby spinach leaves 
6oz.  thinly sliced deli roast beef 
4oz.  sliced lowfat provolone cheese 

Directions

In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and horseradish.
Spread on 1 side of each tortilla. Top each with spinach leaves, roast beef and provolone cheese. Tightly roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.
To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces.
