Directions
Heat grill to medium-high. In small bowl, blend orange marmalade, apricot preserves, lime peel, juice, ginger and jalapeño pepper. Set aside.
Grill ham steak covered 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, brushing with glaze and turning once or twice. Brush with any remaining glaze before serving.
