Quick Sweet and Sour Ham Steak

Ingredients

1/3cup  orange marmalade 
1/4cup  apricot preserves 
1tsp.  finely grated lime peel 
1tbsp.  lime juice 
1tsp.  peeled grated gingerroot 
1/2jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped* 
1(3/4-inch thick)  fully cooked ham slice (about 1 1/4 lb.) 

Directions

Heat grill to medium-high. In small bowl, blend orange marmalade, apricot preserves, lime peel, juice, ginger and jalapeño pepper. Set aside.
Grill ham steak covered 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, brushing with glaze and turning once or twice. Brush with any remaining glaze before serving.
* Use caution when handling hot peppers. Wear disposable gloves or wash hands thoroughly in hot, soapy water.
