Quick Pork Stir-Fry |  |
Ingredients
| 1 | egg white, lightly beaten
| | 3 | oz.
diced cooked pork
| | 1/4 | cup
diced red bell pepper
| | 1/4 | cup
diced onion
| | 1 | cup
cooked brown rice
| | 1/4 | cup
frozen green peas, thawed
| | 2 | tbsp.
low-salt soy sauce
| | 1 | tsp.
Thai-style chili sauce
| | Sliced green onions (optional)

Directions
 | Heat a large skillet or wok coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add egg white; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside. |  | Heat nonstick cooking spray in skillet or wok. Add pork; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until golden. Add bell pepper and onion; stir-fry 5 minutes. Add rice, peas, soy sauce and chili sauce; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in reserved egg. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired. |
