Potato & Celery Root Mash

Ingredients

3lb.  new potatoes (about 8) 
1lb.  celery roots (about 2) 
2cloves garlic, minced 
1/2cup  butter or margarine 
1/4cup  milk 
1/4cup  grated Parmesan cheese 
1tsp.  salt 
1/4tsp.  pepper 
1/4tsp.  paprika 

Directions

Peel potatoes and celery roots; cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
In Dutch oven boil potatoes and celery roots in enough water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain and place in large bowl.
Add garlic, butter, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika; mash with potato masher until smooth.
