Pesto Chicken Salad

Pesto Chicken Salad

Ingredients

4cups  deli Italian pasta salad 
1 1/2cups  rotisserie chicken cut in strips 
1 1/2cups  loosely packed baby spinach leaves 
1/4cup  julienne-cut sundried tomatoes 
1/4cup  toasted pine nuts or coarsely chopped nuts 
1/4cup  bottled creamy Italian dressing 
3/4tbsp.  bottled pesto sauce 
Crisp lettuce leaves (optional) 
Italian garlic bread (optional) 

Directions

Combine pasta salad, chicken, spinach, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts in large salad bowl.
Combine salad dressing and pesto in small bowl or measuring cup; blend well. Pour over pasta salad mixture and toss to blend.
Serve cold on crisp lettuce leaves and Italian garlic bread, if desired.
