Pecan, Cheddar and Salami Roll |  |
Ingredients
| 1/3 | cup
chopped pecans
| | 6 | oz.
deli Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups)
| | 1/2 | 8-oz.
pkg. cream cheese, softened
| | 1 | tsp.
Dijon-style mustard
| | 3 | oz.
deli salami, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
| | 1/4 | cup
sliced green onions
| | Assorted crackers

Directions
 | Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake pecans in shallow pan 5 to 7 minutes or until toasted. Set aside. |  | Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and mustard. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in salami and onions. Shape into 8-inch long log. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers. |
