Stir together first 5 ingredients in large bowl; add pears and toss to coat. Fit 1 piecrust into 9-inch deep-dish pie plate according to package directions. Arrange coated pears in piecrust.
Combine sugar, pecans and butter, stirring until blended. Spoon mixture over pears. Top with remaining piecrust; fold edges under and crimp. Cut several slits in top of pie with sharp knife.
Light 1 side of grill; place pie on other side on large piece of aluminum foil. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat 1 hour and 15 minutes.
