Pasta and Tofu Primavera Salad

Ingredients

8oz.  uncooked rotini pasta 
2cups  broccoli florets 
1/216-oz.  container firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2-inch cubes 
114-oz.  can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 
1small red bell pepper, chopped 
18-oz.  bottle reduced-fat Italian salad dressing 

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl combine pasta, broccoli, tofu, artichokes, bell pepper and dressing, tossing to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
