Parsley and Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

3tbsp.  olive oil 
Juice of 1 lemon 
1clove garlic, minced 
1/4cup  minced onion 
1/2cup  packed cilantro leaves, minced by hand 
1/2cup  packed Italian parsley leaves, minced by hand 
2tsp.  hot chili sauce or red pepper flakes 

Directions

Stir oil, lemon juice and garlic to mix well.
Place the rest of ingredients and 1/4 cup water in covered jar; add oil and lemon mixture. Stir with a fork and let stand 3 hours to develop flavors.
Serve with grilled meat, chicken or fish.
Refrigerate unused sauce in covered jar. It will stay fresh 3 to 4 days.
