Preheat oven to 350°F. Place flour, seafood seasoning, hot sauce, black pepper, salt and 1 teaspoon of the paprika in large resealable plastic bag. Dip each chicken piece in milk; place in bag with flour mixture. Seal and shake bag until each piece is coated.
Pour oil in 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan. Top with chicken; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until chicken pieces are tender and no longer pink inside (180°F).
