Orange Rice with Herbs

Ingredients

2cups  cooked brown rice 
2cups  cooked wild rice 
4green onions, chopped 
1/2cup  chopped pecans 
2tbsp.  grated orange peel 
1/3cup  plus 2 tbsp. orange juice 
1/3cup  currants 
1/4cup  chopped fresh parsley 
1/4cup  chopped fresh basil 
1/4tsp.  salt 
1/4tsp.  pepper 

Directions

Combine brown rice and wild rice in large serving bowl. Add green onions, pecans, orange peel, orange juice, currants, parsley, basil, salt and pepper; toss well.
Serve hot or cover and chill.
