Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over steaks. Place steaks in shallow baking dish. Whisk together oil, vinegar and garlic; drizzle over beef, turning to coat. Add onion and bell pepper, turning vegetables to coat. Chill 8 hours. Drain; discard marinade.
Place vegetables in lightly greased grill wok. Grill vegetables and steaks over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.
