Ingredients
| 1 | 14 1/2-oz.
diced tomatoes
| | 2 | cups
cooked okra
| | 1 | 8 3/4-oz.
can whole kernel corn, drained
| | 8 | oz.
fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
| | 2 | cups
prepared chicken or pork in barbecue sauce
| | 1 | cup
dried elbow macaroni
| | 1 | 14-oz.
can chicken broth
| | 1/2 | cup
water
| | 1/2 | tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
| | 1/2 | tsp.
ground black pepper

Directions
 | In Dutch oven, combine undrained tomatoes, okra, corn, sausage, chicken, macaroni, chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. |  | Bring to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring frequently. |
