Oatmeal Almond Granola

Ingredients

5cups  uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal 
1cup  steel-cut oats 
1cup  slivered almonds 
1cup  sweetened coconut 
1(6-oz.)  pkg. dried tart cherries 
1/2cup  almond oil 
1/2cup  honey 
3/4tsp.  cinnamon 

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F. In large mixing bowl, stir together almond oil, honey and cinnamon; add to oat mixture and stir well.
Spread granola in a greased baking pan and bake 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool and store in airtight container. Serve with yogurt, fresh fruit or skim milk.
