No-Bake Granola Flax Snack |  |
Ingredients
| 1/4 | cup
butter
| | 4 | cups
miniature marshmallows
| | 1 | cup
rolled oats
| | 1 | cup
crushed cinnamon graham crackers (about 8 crackers)
| | 1/2 | cup
dried cranberries
| | 1/2 | cup
dried roasted sunflower seeds
| | 1/2 | cup
ground flax seed

Directions
 | Melt butter in large saucepan, over low heat. Add marshmallows; stir continuously until melted and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes. |  | Stir in oats, graham crumbs, cranberries, sunflower seeds and flax seed until thoroughly coated. |  | Press into greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish with greased fingers. |  | Cool completely. Cut into 4 rows lengthwise and 3 crosswise to serve. |
