Mushroom-Garlic-Beef Burgers

Ingredients

1lb.  lean ground round 
2cloves garlic, minced 
1/2cup  finely chopped mushrooms 
2tsp.  Worcestershire sauce 
1/4tsp.  freshly ground pepper 
4whole-wheat hamburger buns 
1small tomato, thinly sliced 
Spinach leaves 

Directions

In medium bowl combine ground round, garlic, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill burgers, covered, 4 to 6 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160°F. Serve on buns with tomato and spinach.
