Directions
In 12-inch sauté pan over medium heat, brown mushrooms in olive oil. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and Italian seasoning; bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Pour into serving bowl. Spoon sauce over pasta. Top with cheese and parsley; toss to blend.
