Directions
Combine marinade, green onion, cilantro and garlic, if desired, and ginger in large resealable plastic bag. Add beef, mushrooms, pepper pieces and potato pieces. Seal bag; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, up to 8 hours.
Preheat broiler. Remove pieces from marinade; cut beef into 30 cubes. Thread 1 piece beef, mushroom half, potato piece and pepper piece onto each skewer. Place on foil-lined baking sheet
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and lightly browned, turning once or twice
