Mini Beef Kebabs

Mini Beef Kebabs

Ingredients

3/4cup  bottled sesame ginger marinade 
3tbsp.  finely chopped green onion 
3tbsp.  chopped cilantro (optional) 
1large clove garlic, minced (optional) 
3/4tsp.  ground ginger 
2(3 1/2x5x1-inch) slices deli roast beef 
15medium whole mushrooms, halved (about 9 oz.) 
1large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 30 pieces 
10deli potato wedges, cut into thirds 
304- to 5-inch  skewers 

Directions

Combine marinade, green onion, cilantro and garlic, if desired, and ginger in large resealable plastic bag. Add beef, mushrooms, pepper pieces and potato pieces. Seal bag; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, up to 8 hours.
Preheat broiler. Remove pieces from marinade; cut beef into 30 cubes. Thread 1 piece beef, mushroom half, potato piece and pepper piece onto each skewer. Place on foil-lined baking sheet
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and lightly browned, turning once or twice
