Drain scallops; spread on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add scallops and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except feta cheese; cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes more or just until scallops are opaque throughout.
Sprinkle with feta; mix lightly. Serve in small ramekins or spoon onto individual plates.
