Meat-Veggie Pinwheels

Ingredients

210-inch  flour tortillas (or 1 sheet cracker bread) 
2/3cup  savory vegetable spreadable cheese or garden vegetable cream cheese 
1cup  loosely packed fresh spinach leaves 
6oz.  shaved turkey 
6oz.  shaved ham 
3tbsp.  sliced green onions 
1/2cup  finely shredded Colby-Jack cheese 
1/2tsp.  garlic pepper 

Directions

Spread each tortilla evenly with cream cheese. Layer evenly with spinach leaves, turkey and ham. Sprinkle with green onions, cheese and garlic pepper.
Roll each tortilla firmly to enclose filling. Trim ends if desired. Wrap securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour to set cream cheese. Before serving, cut each roll into 12 pieces.
